Common Interest Development (CID) regulations provide many safeguards for the owners of a development like ours.  We were originally developed as a CID, but something happened.

In 2004, the original budget showed our income not meeting our needs.  Terry McGraw told the board that this budget would prevent him from selling shares....

A special Members Meeting was held on March 20, 2004.  The Board never "approved" the minutes as there were items that were not favorable to the board.

Many of our "meeting" and "election" procedures do not follow California law.  Violating these procedures are grounds for invalidating the results.
